Jill is a seasoned LCSW with two decades of experience, she holds specialized training in DBT and clinical supervision through the NASW.

Her clinical focus spans a range of areas including:

  • Relationship challenges and complex family dynamics

Currently, Jill offers Ketamine Integration Sessions and is on the path to full certification in Psychedelic Psychotherapy. She is licensed to provide virtual therapy in both Illinois and New York, allowing her to reach clients from a wide range of communities serving clients across both rural and urban settings with the flexibility and privacy of online care.

Joshua Wigget, LPC

Josh holds a master’s degree in Counseling from Northern Illinois University, where he also earned his undergraduate degree in Family and Individual Development. Josh’s work is deeply informed by a broad worldview and is passionate about working with immigrants and helping them navigate identity and belonging. Josh is also LGBTQ+ allied and experienced in working with a wide range of mental health concerns, including:

Katie Sampalis, LCSW

Katie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care and years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and a master’s in social work from the Erikson Institute, with additional certification as a Clinical Trauma Specialist.

Katie specializes in supporting individuals facing anxiety and stress, adoption and attachment issues, trauma and PTSD, as well as relationship and family conflict.

She has completed specialized training in:

Zoilita Herrera, LCPC


Zoilita is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with over 25 years of experience in the helping profession. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northern Illinois University and a master’s degree in Clinical Professional Psychology from Roosevelt University.

Zoilita specializes in supporting adults (18+) navigating challenges such as anger management, depression, anxiety, and life stress. Her work focuses on building coping skills, enhancing emotional regulation, and strengthening communication to support lasting personal growth.

She has completed specialized training in:

Zoilita holds a Type 73 certification and is a proud member of the Illinois Mental Health Counselors Association. She is known for her warm, empathetic, and client-centered approach, and strongly believes that a supportive therapeutic relationship is key to healing and growth.
