Amanda has over 10 years of experience providing mental health services to adolescents and adults. With experience in inpatient psychiatric settings, she uses evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients feel empowered to navigate life’s challenges.

Karelyn provides therapy for individuals, couples, and families specializing in relationship challenges, life transitions, and personal growth. Focusing on strengthening emotional connection and building healthier patterns, she supports clients in creating lasting change.
