You deserve to feel heard and cared about anytime, anywhere, 24/7/365. You do not need to be on the brink of self-injury or suicide. You can call or text if:

  • You’re overwhelmed and need someone to talk to
  • You’re worried about your mental health
  • You’re concerned about a friend or family member
